I've joined up, downloaded SL and started the application only for a "Second Life Crash Logger" dialogue box to open up. This usefully tells me that "Second Life appears to have crashed"
Uninstalled and tried it all again but same results....any ideas ??????????

Hi.
In order to help with a problem of this sort one needs to have some information about the computer system and internet connection. What type of CPU? How much system RAM? What operating system? If XP, what service pack? Graphics card manufacturer, model number, amount of video RAM? Internet connection: Cable, DSL, or what? Direct connection to modem or is a network involved? Wired or Wireless? Manufacturer and model number of any routers, switches, etc. Firewalls and malware programs? Does your system meet the system requirements _____________________
