Well, i'm finding this incredibly stupid. I know of why they reset the passwords. But this is totally rediculus. I have 2 accounts. One is paying for a sim i bought and the other is my main one. I can't answer the security quetsion due to I don;t remember even filling it out in the first place. Isn't there another way to varify that my account is mine?

I also didnt write down my Q/A because I never lose my passwords.
But I did guess it correctly and log in ok. So it does work.
