buggy start up

Hi, had no problems with crashing issues with graphics cards *hooray* but came back on after a restart of my happy lil pc and loaded SL. I have 2 lil windows for it well one big, one lil. One is a DOS style window that looked like a loader to start but it wont go away, oh and if i click the X, big SL (the normal thing that ya see) goes with it. In the small DOS style window, the "loader" keeps track real time of anything goin on in SL. Do I just kill off my client and redownload? Anyone else had this prob? Any insight would be loverly as this wasn't happening earlier.

I downloaded a "fresh" client from SL, uninstalled n reinstalled its playing nice for the moment
