I have the same problem. But I've never played this game before. Nobody replied to the e-mail I sent yesterday. I'm getting really frustrated.

You need to contact the Lindens directly - they will check your account etc. There's a US freephone number, or a support email address.

While I do check on these forums a couple of times a day, like most forums for online games, they're not a good place for support if you consider 90 minutes an unacceptable period of time to wait for a response from a Linden.
If that is the case, I'd suggest telephoning Support:
Customer Support Center Toll Free: (800) 860-6990 Hours: Monday - Friday - 8am-6pm PT. Closed weekends and US holidays.
