just bought game, need help!

well, yeah im a newb to SL but so far i havent even been able to play it! heres my problem, whenever i start the game and sign in it starts loading and at the end of precaching where it should show me inside of the game, the window closes. i saw some SIS AGP thing when i first tried to play but the link didnt work so i closed it and tried to sign in when this happened. i havent been able to get past the part after the loading screen since (it just closes). any help is appreciated. WIN XP user.

It sounds like maybe you need to update your video drivers. Also, double check that you meet the system requirements .
