We require some assistance with this issue please.
Every day from 11 to 4 pm, our casino starts having transaction problems where the tables don't pay out, paying the tables causes you to lose the money and we can't pay people out. Today, it got worse. People could tp in but could not get back out! This issue has been happening since Monday.
Both of my bosses have contacted Live Help and the Lindens. So far, we are not getting anywhere. There is no lag, time dilation is fine, active scripts is around 2k or less. This issue does not occur during our peak hours, but rather during the day whether the sim is full, half full, or barely anyone in it at all.
Mithik Vavoom is the owner of the sim and my big boss. Not only do we lose money and credibility from this issue, but so does Linden Labs. Casinos are a major money sink in SL and you guys stand to lose a lot of money if a heavily used casino loses business for those hours.
Please, help us to resolve this issue fast! Mithik is trying to get back online now. Get ahold of him some way, some how, and please please help us to fix this! I had to cancel a MAJOR event today because of this problem.
