I am having problems with crash logger. whenever it does come up, it does get past detecting hardware but just stays on transmitting data and never sends. It just stays on transmitting data. It has worked before the 1.12 update but now it stopped. Anyone have any idea what could cause it to do that?

I had the same problem and reported it to LL. I got a quick response that had me clear the cache and a couple of other things:

Please follow these steps for the uninstallation process:
it's important to clear out temporary Second Life files(such as cache)
when reinstalling.

1)
Open c:\Documents and Settings\(yourusername)\Local Settings and
delete the contents of your Temp folder.

2)
Open c:\Documents and Settings\(yourusername)\Application
Data\Second Life and delete the contents of the Cache folder.

3)
Uninstall Second Life using the Add/Remove Programs tool in your
Windows Control Panel and entirely delete the folder where second life
was installed.

4)
Visit http://secondlife.com/download and download and install the
latest release.

NOTE: If you cannot see the files or folders, go to the Tools menu,
choose Options, go to the View tab, and select Show Hidden Files and
Folders. Then click OK.

If the problem persists please send your dxdiag file to us.

To do this:

Left-click on the Start button and select Run from menu, then
in the Open text box, enter "dxdiag" and click OK.

When DirectX Diagnostic Tool appears, click on save all informations at
the bottom of the windows
then send back the .txt file.

We apologise for the inconvenience.
