Just wanted to say I'm a dual sim owner on the mainland of SL, old old sims. So honestly we have many, many more technical challenges infront of us than most island owners do, and far fewer direct tools to work on them. Inspite of that and a number of prominent times i have had to essentially tackle things myself that probably i shouldn'tve had to, every time i have needed LL to come through with something, they have.

Never once have i been left 'high and dry' either by support, or a budding technical problem... sometimes you have to wait longer than others, but everything has been resolved, from having our entire sim 'move' 32m to the east, to having a linden once accidentally 'return' the entire sim, to many other things, over the years
