What's the quickest way to get a region restarted?

Support tickets are not cutting it. Sent some yesterday and today. Still nothing.

No one actually reads those things except when a manager is punishing someone.

"Danny, I told you never to turn off a server before running the shutdown procedure. Now go answer some support tickets for the rest of the day. Maybe you'll remember it this time."

Solution: we need to get more techs in trouble. Then more tickets would be read.
