- When I log in first time after a PC reset, I'm generally ok.
- If I teleport, sometimes I don't make it and I'm stuck with a 1/4er loaded sim and everything stops. The bandwidth bar slowly dies. Regardless, I might get a private message, but that's about it. I am unable to move.
- When I sent myself up 1000m from sea level, I get the same effect.
- If I get near a sim borer sometimes I just keep on walking into nothing and lose all control over my character as I walk off and the connection dies.
- When I next log in I generally can't do anything and the connection will die within seconds, and only part of the sim will load - at best.
- Generally the only way to solve this is to restart the system
- PC runs games fine, runs net fine. I am plugged in to a Comcast Netgear modem using an ethernet cable. PC is set as in the DMZ and has all ports forwarded to it for good measure.
