Disabled Camera Constraints causes Glitch

Logged in today about 5 minutes ago. Everything went as it usually does. I started looking at my neighbor's land, then I disabled camera constraints and started zooming/panning/rotating looking around, then all of a sudden half the region disappeared, which included some of my neighbors.

At the same time, my character started to fly north east and upwards slightly and I couldn't stop. Eventually I got so high, the game disconnected me. I'm trying to log back in, and it shows me flying, but the progress bar won't complete and says can't log me in at the moment.

I'm guessing it was the camera constraints, only because I just saw a thread that sounded similar.

I'm on the old viewer by the way.

Also, is there a way to reset my character back to it's Home teleport location without logging in?

Can't comment on the camera constraints as it works fine for me, but constant flying without being able to stop happens quite often when I cross region boundaries.

To reset your character to home though, you can chose where to login via preferences before you actually login. There's a preferences button near the login button, then under the general tab it has a drop down box for start location. You can also tick the box to show that drop down on the login screen.

By default, you can normally 'see' upto 96 mtrs into a neighbouring sim. You maybe hitting that limitation, or it may have something to do with the configurations of the class 5 servers, in that they can host upto 4 sims in virtual server mode, but it still all uses the same resources.
