Character problem

Character is stuck in game, unable to move or teleport. I also cannot chat or shout or fly. Basically i can see everyone moving and doing there thing, but its as if im not there.

What kind of network connection do you have? Do you have a wireless network? When you connect, select View > Statistics Bar, then look under "Basic" for "Bandwidth", "Ping Sim" and "Ping User". What do all of those say?
