Second life messed up and keeps crashing

Why is it doing and looking like this? The PC I'm using has higher specs than are default and just meets the minimum graphics card spec. So why am I getting this?

Plus in the account managment section of secondlife.com, I added my debit card up (a vista electron) to my account but I still cant upgrade to premium as it says theres no card on the account. :(

No because I submitted it and it said I chose a ticket type that is for paying users only (I wasn't warned of this when choosing it) so I thought it'd be quicker just to ask here, obviously not though lol.
