No Payment Info Shown!!! Pls Help!!!

I keep entering my payment info on the website but it never updates on my sl profile to show I have payment info on file, does anyone know why this is or what I could to fix it?? Pls help...

It has been this way almost forever (in terms of when it was brought in). At the very start a few lucky people were able get Payment Info on File, but it has not existed (other than for confusing people and making them think that it was possible to get) for a *very* long time now.

There are a few who think it still exists, but that is simply because LL have not told us that it doesn't (they have left everything to indicate it's existence in the client), and they have not tried to get PIoF (other than maybe, at the very beginning).

This is just *so* typical of LL.

if you have updated your payment info but is not showing in-world, 2 methods you can use:

1) buy a minimum of US$1 worth of L$
2) head to https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/MISC-315 and add your name there

i got mine updated using method (2).

Great if you got yours updated.

Method one though defeats the whole purpose, and method 2 will only work for a short time (while almost no-one knows about it). After all, support, which is where people are directed to go does not help at all, you just get response number one...

Funnily enough, I have checked the alt account that I signed up, and there is no record of asking for that support anymore (I finally broke down and took option 1, which I expect is what they are wanting to happen).
