well firstime posting and it's not a happy post
i have had issues as regards to getting my account paid through the paypal system and also had an issue inworld as regards to 50000L$ still outstanding by a casino owner that banned me for winning the jackpot several weeks ago even though this casino owners took thousands and thousands from me you win one jackpot for the first time and told thats impossible through IM when there was loads of people congratulating me on my first big win even his own casino staff was present his answer was i ain't paying you sh*t linden cannnot do F*ck to me i own them then my game reboots and i appear at my own land thinking it was a linden error i try to return to his place to find that i am banned completely from his hole area his staff contacted me through IM saying they was shocked at the what happened but could not say more as they all seem to fear him this person needs sorting quickly and i want my money
so what do you do contact linden as regards to the paypal and this inworld issue
so being in uk i ring your uk office what do i get an answering machine message IN WORKING HOURS
i leave my message nothing happens i then RING AGAIN several days later in working hours to get the same answering machine message i have rang your uk office 6 time now over the last 4 weeks in working hours to get the same answering machine message and have left it with a ticket and my message.
so no luck uk side so i deside to forget the expenses and ring the usa office and guess what i get the answering machine YET AGAIN so i leave a ticket give it a few days and ring again your usa number YET AGAIN i get the same answering message i have now rang your usa number 3 times now and still nothing.
so i try to email you over the last 4 weeks i have sent you 5 emails and every single ones been ignored as to my paypal issue and the other outstanding inworld issue
so now my account it over due and you are on my case about it INSTANTLY
so my question is do you have any staff in the uk and if so they all need sacking as answering customers issues and phones is non and just plainly ignore people even in working hours and who ever checks your emails and phone message in the usa needs sorting aswell as paying customers are priority as we keep you in bussiness and they are just being ignored.
