My customers cant open copy/mod notecards from the CONTENTS of items I sell. Is anyone else having this trouble?

All permissions appear to be correct. Object itself is set to sale for $0. No copy/ mod. Group=none. Notecard perms are copy/mod. These notecards SHOULD open, but they wont.
