Uh-oh, SL froze again.

Alright, so I'm fairly new to SL.

It's one of my favorite games lately though, and I'm quite frustrated by the fact that it keeps freezing every 15-20 minutes. It just.. stops my whole computer. Even the whirring of my computer just stops. I'm not sure what system specs to give, so if you know what info I need to give to help me solve the problem, I'd be glad to give it.

My wife's computer has this exact same problem. It freezes after a random interval (1 minute, 15 minutes, 45 minutes). I've been in email with tech support, posted on the tech forum, played the vid driver switcheroo game, upgraded her video card, and even prayed to the gods of perfect software. So far nothing had helped.
