not all objects saving to invetory

I build big space ships In SL and since this update when i try to save my 600 prim 14 link ship not all the pieces will save into the inventory (i highlight it all and hit take copy), When i re spawn the object only 10 or less pieces rez. this was fixed before the update and now its back so i cant release any new products or even move from my land if i wanted too ._.
