IMing to groups and teleporting issues

Before the most recent update I was able to send IMs to groups with no problem, now whenever I try to send IMs to any of the 15 groups that I'm in (or Live Help) others receive my message yet I don't receive any of the replies.

Ex: I sent a message to LiveHelp earlier today about the second issue in this post, however I do not see my own message appear in the window, or any replies that I may be receiving. However, private messages to individuals work perfect.

The Second Issue is a little harder to explain, but hopefully I can provide enough detail.... It's when trying to teleport from Goguen Sandbox to Tartarus (a private island). Every single time I've tried teleporting to Tartarus I'm logged out.

EDIT: The status bar for the teleport gets about halfway through the progress bar, displaying "Contacting New Region" then logs me off.

EDIT2: I am also unable to teleport to Bengal (another private island) however I simply get an error message that the location may be down or no longer in existance and I return to my current location.

That's quite interesting, actually.. I was trying to login today, being located at Tartarus, and it took several tries, where it told me the "login package" wasn't received.. A problem with the Tartarus island? My IM trouble have been at Tartarus only.. I'm going to have to see if it's just that island, or if it's a global thing.

I'm still trying to get onto Tartarus... I -really- need to update my vendor... >.<

I got the same problem. il list your thread in my emails to support as reference.
SL isnt worth being in if you cant socialize. or know whats going on. have you noticed half of the group votes dont show up or you cant map your friends? I have had all these problems since 1.9.0 came along. I cant even recieve a single group IM.

My first notice of this problem is when a sim i was in, crashed and would not log my account out. took over a hour to get my account back. When i came back i tried to make a announcement about it to the sims land group and i got no replies. usually that group is full of people. Someone IMed me asking why im not answering them. O.o

I'm a victim of the group IM bug, too. I talked to live help (telling them to IM me personally as the group IMs don't work) and was told that it is a known bug and LL is working on it. They discribed a workaround that didn't work for me, but you can give it a try: teleport to any private island and log out and back in. See if it works. They said I should do this several times because this could somehow reset the group IM bug. It didn't for me, but perhaps it helps you

I'll try it but with how long this bug has been going on i don't think it will work. i live in a private sim, and i sometimes visit other friends sims (also private). If it's a known bug how come support isn't answering my emails? they know I'm just gona keep sending them so they need to.

Either that or i will call them next. I've started to lose interest in paying for this software anymore. I'm going to go basic soon... It's not worth paying for if they treat you the same as a basic and the only bonuses are the ability to own land and a 450 extra linden a week. No extra focus, not satisfaction, no service.
