Hi All, I am looking into buying a new PC..what do you all suggest??  Right now I have XFX GeForce FX 5500 / 256MB DDR / AGP 8X / VGA / DVI / TV Out / Video Card QWindows XP 1.54 GHz, 1.00 GB RAM |

; gf6600 ,256mb ram or higher, (btw 512mb is out now  7xxx cards tho and i seen cars cost less); 2 gig ram ; 2-3ghz , cpu , dual core if you do alot of stuff, very handy! ; if youre going for new motherboard, sli , socket 939, Asus has a quite nice new one - well they just changed from chipsetfan to heatpipes, and that killed the noisy little bugger fan  Your pc' isnt that bad, only thing id get if i where to upgrade would be higher cpu frequency, 2ghz+, and +1 gig ram, Ram just helps alot in SL, it eats mucho ram depending how much you got in view, most i ever gotten is 1200mb ram use 512 view distance, packed sim, max on every option..and about 0.5fps cough hehe... ram and cpu dropped like a rock in prices now |

Sli do pretty much nothing for SL , but a mother board with sli, isnt to skim on , Asus gave out a new motherboard with heatpipes, no chipsetfan (thank you very much!)
