Rezz issues

I have a friend who is always fuzzy to me... we've spent a few hours today trying differant things to get her clothes to rez. Has anyone had this problem.

Here are the details


On her computer she looks great, she's sent me screen shots of her coming in perfectly.
Yet on my screen she doesnt, and not just mine, but it seems EVERYone else has her fuzzy.

Only on her screen does she seem to rez. And to clarify, its her clothes that never fully rez. Her skin, shape, hair, and such look just fine. We tried her changing outfits; relogging; changing shape; changing skins; Us relogging (not her); Changing location;
Even asked live help though she said they never answered her.

So here I am posting in the forums to see if anyone else has come across this and how the fixed it, etc...

Try to purge your cache (Preferences/Network tab/Clear Cache) between those relogs. Also, since the avatar textures get "baked" in the client and then uploaded for other people to see, your friend should also purge her cache before you start a new round of the "try to change everything to see if it helps" dance.

We did that for our caches but didn't think to have her do it. Will ask her next time i see her. thanks

Candide's suggestion will probably do it, but one other thing comes to mind on this. Is your friend on a very slow connection? If so, clothing appearance can be quite problematic. Clearing the cache might not entirely solve the problem, at least not permanently, if your friend's up speed is very slow.
