weneva i log into sl, i get a message saying that my display drivers are the latest, then wen i go to the sl page to download them they do not have my graphics chip on the small list, i have a graphics chip made by intel, also it keeps crashing and i believe the last time it crashed it caused my windows to have an unrecoverable error that i have only jus fixed. any help would be much appreciated

Intel graphics are not supported. Get a real graphics card. I'd suggest something from NVIDIA.

He's curt, but he's correct. Your video card sucks. Do you have a laptop? What make and model of computer do you have? If it's a "beige box" rather than a brand name, (Dell, Compaq, IBM) do you know what make and model of CPU, RAM and motherboard you have?

You might be able to get away with getting a vastly superior video card for around $60 US.
