"i have to state at this point that i am very un happy with the support i have received so far with secondlife. At this time i will give you the chance to put the matter right. I require you to solve this problem for me and not just give me a standard page to follow,which was already given for 1st object missing and is not the solution as all of which i have already done. My objects were placed in the club, were being used by the public, and friends and workers alike cannot see the object there fore it cannot be anything to do with the cache or inventory, no body has taken them from what i can see no-one has permissions. I have covered everything, i cannot find the objects, nor record of them being taken. i followed everything in your article and everything in the article relates to my account and my character and does not explain why no-one else public or workers, or friends can see these items. therefore they are gone, gone from the club, they are not in my inventory they are gone. I rent the land so nobody should be able to return them to me or delete them, no region crashes happened. therefore nothing with regard to this case relates to the article you gave me. Furthermore you have taken over a week for some of my support tickets to be dealt with and i again state that i am unhappy with the service from this support portal, either find the objects or re-imburse me with the cost of them which is over 4000 L$. this is the least i can expect from you as a paying customer."
After this last message to linden support i did get no reply.that is rud and not supportive at all.
