II just registered for this with a premium account thinking it would be really cool
Instead im stuck with not even being about to do a single thing at all
Im just going to list the problems.
1. Anything grapical bareley loads. My character is just a gray statue looking thing. and the building is nothing more that just a roof. I see some floating gray balls in the sky too. This cant be a grapics card problem because i can run HL2, BF2, and CoH, no problem.
2. I cant walk at all, awsdf dont work, and the arrow keys do not work at all.
Can anyone help me with this problem, if not, i'll see if i can just get my 9.99 back from the second life company

It would help if you could post your system specs and which settings you have under "preferences" in the SL viewer-it might be something to do with the settings.

After the rolling restart yesterday things seemed not so bad. When I logged in today I had the same issues as the OP. When I logged into my home all I could do was turn; couldn't move at all, things were incredibly slow to rez, etc. After making sure I wasn't having ISP issues (I wasn't) I decided the issue might be caused by my home sim (it was one of the 1200 that vanished for a time last night) so I TPed to several different sims and got the same result in each instance. TPed back home and just waited a couple minutes until the packet loss died down and was finally able to move. I don't know what happened between last night and tonight, but I know nothing changed on my computer. Whatever the issue is, it acts like a case of super lag...but if you sit a few minutes and wait it out, you can at least move (although jerkily)...well at least until you TP to a new location

Since yesterday SL is very odd for me, I look like a scarecrow, I have no eyes, even I can't do anything with my inventory. After logging in the viewer says, that the clothing is still downloading , just me would see myself odd-this isn't truth...other see me odd, too.
It has nothing to do with my PC, the PC is strong enough to handle SL.
I wonder why there isn't any information on the blog about this issue...
