**** About Gift Cards and Griefers. :)

I've investigated this. I bought some gift cards and looked at what it took to use them online.

Gift cards aren't free. Even if you keep the credit on it, there's an activation charge of six bucks on up... and the ones that cheap usually don't work online, or only allow you to activate multiple cards for the Internet one or two times becore you have to break the law by giving them a false address. And they're REAL picky about addresses, they wouldn't accept a post-office box or my workplace. The truly anonymous ones are about $15 a pop... I haven't tried one of those because that was more than I wanted to spend researching a post on a web forum.

The used or unusable gift cards got turned into pizzas for the kids.

Not tested on animals.

OK, you have some guy who wants to be an asshole on SL.

If he has to go pay a minimum of 6 bucks for a gift card to get an alt to be an asshole with, fifteen if he wants to do it more than a couple of times, how likely is he going to be to do it?

If it's free, how likely is he going to be to do it?
