Severe rezzing lag going on all afternoon

I teleport into a place and it takes 5-10 mins for everything to actually rez around me. I can't do any right clicking because things just aren't there for several minutes. Some places that have a lot of items I just give up on because it takes way to long. I've never had this problem till today. My bandwidth indicator is barely moving too. A bug of this recent patch perhaps or something else? E

Been getting 100% packet loss after this IP, ge-7-0-0.gar1.SanFrancisco1.Level3.net - 1% No response from host - 100% border2.ge2-1-bbnet2.sfo002.pnap.net - 1% Test your packet loss with WinMTR from the Second Life downloads section. There is something weird going on, but I couldn't get an answer from Live Help. It's been bugging me all day! Friday the 13th!
