Running SL in Win2000, and your mouse wheel does nothing in the SL client, even though it works ok in other apps?? Try this for a fix:
Start/Settings/Control Panel/Mouse/Hardware/Properties/Advanced Settings/Wheel Detection
change that to "Assume Wheel Is Present".
Then reboot (of course!!)
