Crash, money lost, land lost???

Last night I crashed (which has been happening endlessly) and when I tried to reload, it told me to download new upgrade. After doing this, the game loaded and I was trying to buy 512 sq mt (I currently own none and I am a prem. account). When I bought land it said my sell was pending because I have to upgrade land tier. I don't know why, I haven't owned a 512 or any land in weeks, but ok. So I was about to go upgrade my land tier on the website and the game crashes again. Frustrated, I decide not to sign on until the morning. When I sign on this morning, the amount I paid for the land is out of my account, there is no land in pending, and I own no land at all.

I did not hit release land.

So now, I have crashed, lost land, and lost lindens. Hopefully someone can help me with this problem.

You need to get back inworld and look up a Linden liason in 'Find People' and draw it to their attention. You might alternatively repost in the Hotline forum.

Best of luck, I've had large purchases go the same way (no land/no L$ but without the crash) and always found Linden liasons to be very helpful and prompt. Though under the current conditions you might find service a bit slow - best of luck.

In pretty much every case, the land's under Linden control. It's usually pretty easy for us to identify that you owned it and have it returned to you.
