since the update when porting all my prims ( hair shoes jewelry etc )will jump to my wasit area this is not seen by anyone else but me and is usaly fixed by a relog, before sending a bug report i wantted to check here first to make sure this wasnt a clint problem.Anyone else have this happen to them?

Aye, me as well. My body shape also appears to distort randomly in ways that you can't normally do just by editing. The other day the left side of my face puffed out, looked like I had been bitten by a bird-eating spider or something. I think the two problems are related, because they are both connected somehow to moving across regions/teleporting, and both cannot be seen by anyone else.

\o managed to do this once, when i flew to fast instant after a tp, reloged and it was fixed tho.

I have the same exactly problem, with my hair ending up in my crotch, and HUDs disappearing. Was hoping the new patch would fix it but alas no. Always happens after a teleport. Removing and re-requipping the items fixes it but it's a nuisance.
I would love if the Lindens acknowledged this bug.

I have the same problem, usually my shoes and hair on my rear -- sometime some but not all my jewelry. I sent a bug report to Linden and got the usual form letter response. It lasted from last Wednesday's update and cleared up Saturday. Now it has started again after the update I had to download last night. Mine occurs after tps -- not the first but any time after that.

I updated to the latest ATI Cat 6.11 drivers and got the optional driver release for my Audigy 2ZS and this immediatly stopped for me. Dunno if this helps or not... but so far so good.
Edit: NM its still broken for me lol... right after I typed this... please ignore.

I saw this problem also on the beta grid today.
on some TP's i did, bu tonly i saw the mess, other said i appeared fine to them.

I had the same problem, fixed it by putting the item back where it should be, detaching it, then reattaching it.
