Login Failed

That is the error I have been getting.
I sent a message to support 6/16/06 and recieved a confirmation. Your request has been assigned an ID of [rt.lindenlab.com #318096].
and sent a message 6/25/06 and recieved confirmation. Your request has been assigned an ID of [rt.lindenlab.com #331316].
Why has there been no other response from support to my trouble? I have been unable to log into Second Life for two weeks now because of this error. I paid for a full years membership does that include any support at all?

Still no answer to my emails for support after 2 weeks. No response to support in the forum either now too.

You should probably call them. 1-800-961-6851 in the US and Canada. Hours are 9am-6pm PST, Monday through Friday.
