i just signed up last night and i havent made it past the welcome area because it's moving very slowly and i get frustrated. i have more then the required CPU speed and more than the required RAM. my chipset driviers are also up to date. my video card has 32mb of ram but its pretty outdated. could this be my problem? ive been thinking of upgrading my video card anyway. thankyou for any help.

Yeah, get a better video card. You can get a Geforce 5200 for fairly cheap nowadays... works fine for most people.
