couldn't rez a object now can't log in

I was building and rezing a few objects then all of then suddend I couldn't. When I tried to drag a item from my inventory I got the circle with a line through it block symbol icon (like if you drop to drop a object on a menu or the top bar of the inventory window. No error as it didn't even act as if I could drop a object in the middle of the screen. So I tried to log out and back in. Well now I can't get back in. I get the "logging in" for afew seconds then "log in failed".

Yeah, something's up. Grid status says grid is down for DB management or update. I'm still in-world, but I can't do much.

Are you sure you have the correct username and password?
Are you sure that you have typed the correct hostname?
Are you sure that the database server is running?
