Copying Shared Objects

Hello, all.
I have a large multiprim object that I am trying to give to someone. SL will not let me sell it for some reason (It is mine, I made it so I am pretty sure I have all the rights to it) and after I click the "anyone can modify/copy" buttons, will still not let the person copy it.

The person is in my friendlist and I set permissions to allow him to modify my objects.

Also, there is a script in the root prim. When the person views the script, it comes up blank (it doesn't say anything about permissions, it is just blank).

Any ideas as to what I can do?+

Are the permissions on that one script the same as the object (anyone can modify/copy)? All it takes is one script to be a different permission and it will mess everything up. Go to properties on that specific script and check. From what I remember I was never able to mod someone else's scripts unless I was the owner.

But then again I haven't built in a while. Maybe someone here can update me if I am wrong.
