Invalid Packet on Region Handshake (Self moved from Answers forum)

OK yes yes I know... all about the login issues... login server bogged down... etc.


This seems to be a bit more then that though.

The sim I was last in and where I attempt to log into consistantly gives me an invalid packet on handshake, as well as someone who is able to get into the game being booted when they attempt to teleport there. This seems to me to indicate a bit more of an issue then just a problem with logins being clogged.

I would change to logging into my home location, which did work fine for the person who got booted.. but my home location is also that Sim.

So... if a Linden would like to check on it... the Sim is Balmoral D`Alliez, which is not a mainland sim.

I am also having the EXACT same issue with "Fate", it was my last location and is also set to home....

Thanx for the info, will check--further reports should be sent from inworld... HELP menu ---> LIVE HELP, faster than on the forums.
