Can't create object. Can't locate object in database.. ?!

Has anyone else had this happen? I have a couple items in my inventory (no copy) that I've used several times and taken again when I've moved to new land. I tried rezing it again last night, and now get the error "Can't create object. Can't locate the object in the database".. what the heck? It's in my inventory.. so why is it not in the database? *sighs*

I im'd the creator to see if he's had any other people ask him about it, or if it's just a fluke instance, but I haven't heard back from him yet.

yes, this is happening with my clothing. I haven't had it happen with objects that you rez, but it has with clothing, replacing the designer's clothing with default clothing

Last (and first) time I had this problem, Live Help said to bug report this. The object was back in the database the next day. I suggest you send a bug report too, with as many details as possible (object UUID for example)
