You might be able to fix blurred textures by alt-clicking the object or resting your mouse on it. Some reason or another textures are not loading up in a prioritized fashion. I think objects closer to you should be rezzed to you first but that doesn't seem to be happening quickly enough. I have rezzed several textures already that haven't rezzed since the update using this mouse trick. All it does is what it has been doing for a long time now and that is rezzes up whatever you have your mouse focused on. Like pushing a texture to the top of the rez list.
Good luck

Thx Kurshie... I had this really weird phenom... this GIANT sign on one side of a building was blurry, even as I flew up to it. So I rested the mouse cursor on it and it rezzed. But there was a copy of the same sign on the OTHER side of the building, and even tho one side was nicely rezzed, the other wasn't—even tho they used the same textures! But then I focused my mouse on that too, and it rezzed. Weird eh?

Exactly. I am experiecing the same weirdness. Another thing I noticed. When I got a texture to rez up. I come back to it afterwards and the texture would be gone. That's odd.

New Suggestions??
10-25-2005 13:58
I was suggested to clean my cache files and I did as I was logged out. It worked for about maybe 30 minutes and it went back to blurryness.
I would like someone to please tell me what I can do?
Someone else suggested to uninstall and install Secondlife game. Agree?? Disagree??
Please inquire this as soon as possible. Rescue my poor eyes @.<
Thanks

I personally dont think things are being cached, maybe in the preview we didnt noticed because the lack of content or somethings gone screwy since, as far as moving your mouse over an object that will load a texture faster, its worked for many versions, very handy in a laggy mall and walking upto a vendor, it may also work over other av's but not yourself, try going into appearance for that.
