I haven't been able to log in since the last mandatory update. Tech support still hasn't figured out what's going on. I keep e-mailing them and get no response.

What gives?

I hope I'm not responsible for paying for land usage and my account since you're dragging your heels looking into this.

At least respond to my e-mail to let me know what you're doing!

Yeah, Dis, I'm not real happy about it, either. I can't come in to BLEED DESIGNS to buy more of your WAY COOL stuff!
