I have called from Canada twice today.. it seem that your help desk is not 24 hrs.. Id di everything you asked.. in the end with what I THOUGHT was success. and then it started all over again.. THEN I searched for the log..
You people had me believe that this was MY problem on MY computer.. well it is YOUR end at fault.. see in the log below..
Also how I know it is your end is because I have tried logging in on several computers and I get the same msg when I try to log in, yet my partner has no problem, so it isn't even an ips problem..
