After logging in recently (about the last week) all textures (and I mean all) are gray. The world stays gray for a good 5 minutes sometimes. Packet loss is _ENORMOUS_, sometimes reported to be 200% (eh? how's that work) and bandwidth almost non-existent. Eventually, the world pops in and I can see again.
Doesn't happen in every region though. Some regions rez super-fast.
Does anyone else see this ?
