GRRRR >  Not a happy bunny. Have done everything posted on the knowledge base and have a well above minimum requirements pc. Get to the login screen. Put in my name and password it starts to login gets to 'logging in. may appear frozen' THEN Closes SL and says it must send an error report but doesnt tell me whats wrong. SOMEONE TELL ME WHATS WRONG NOW!!! I'm annoyed, just as well I havent started paying for it yet(was thinking about it)! Maximum Sin |

The same thing is happening to me, everything was fine until yesterday when all of a sudden it started getting stuck at "Logging in, may appear to be frozen", then it would stay like that for a minute and then close saying "Something unexpected has gone wrong, please check the grid status" or something like that, I check and it says the grid is up... I kept trying from 6 PM to 11 PM and never got past "Logging in..."

still having problems logging in, but when I completely uninstall and then reinstall, I can get into the game for 5 seconds and then it crashes again! It appears as though my character is standing on a rock near some water strange...........
secondly, I noticed that I hadn't added any credit card details for verification (I was never asked for them). Anyway, I've entered them voluntarily and that still hasn't made any difference
not quite sure what the problem is, anyone have any ideas

I've still not got in once.
This is extremely annoying as I wanted to play this game and have a laugh and kill some time.
Why has no one even given us an answer?
I've used email for support and recieved....NONE!
Seriously considering Deleting the game off the pc and not even bothering again.

hey maximumsin - Im experiencing exactly the same problem as you and it's bugging me - was really looking forward to playing too, but other people seem to be getting in OK, so we have to be doing something wrong. Im playing around with stuff to try and get it to work, will let you know if I get any success.
I did get in for a mere 15 seconds earlier, but now its returned to the constant crashing problem.
