The problems with load should be clearing themselves out. It's a bug that's being fixed that comes up on restarting the grid. If you can't teleport, try taking off your attachments. That seems to be helping.

In the meantime... as an alternative to taking off your attachments, you can try a Wet Ikon ROAM, uberaccurate pinpoint fly autopilot. While the service is commercial in nature, there is a free trial. I can't think of anything else right now that would be a viable alternative.
