I have the following problem. After I login in Second Life I can move around for a minute or so. After that everything freezes and my data connection stops. The miniMap turns red.
I have this problem now for almost a week. I have been able to get online sometimes and when I'm on it's ok. But most of the time when I want to login I have this problem.
I have spoken to some other people who have this problem. Nobody seems to know what causes it and how to solve it. Is there anybody who has the same experience? Or even better, is there anybody who knows a solution for this problem?

Yup i have the exact same thing since wednesday. I made a topic in current version feedback too.
Luckily my house seems to be one of those sims so i havent been able to go there for about 4 days now  Did you notice that some "higher" class seems doesn't seem to have the problem? And are you a non USA resident by any chance? I'm trying to figure out which people have this problem e.g. what location they are from and stuff like that. It sucks so bad not to be able to stay on a sim for 2 mins. Worst is not knowing if you can be able to stay there if someone asks you over... This is a problem that is surely a showstopper and i really hope Lindens fix it soon. |
