Hello, my wife and I would like to play second life together but whenever we both log in, at least one of the games crash. Is there any setting I could change in windows or on the router to fix this problem? I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks, Kraven
We are using 2 computers both with XPhome, hard wired Linksys router, and cable isp.

You and your wife are using two different accounts, yes? (You probably are, but it's like troubleshooting electronics: "Check that the unit is plugged in."
Do you play other on-line games together with no problem?
The ones that can really help you will want to know.

Hi Kraven, Have you read the information in the Second Life Wiki about connecting to SL with multiple computers? It sounds like a simple port contention that's going on there, and that page may help.

I was able to fix this problem simply by adding -port 13000 and 13001 onto the shortcuts. Thanks very much for your help!
