What exactly should I do to set up my land so it allows me to play my own mp3's as streaming audio? I know about Shoutcast and all.

Streaming ausio and mp3 are the same format, the difference being, one is sent in packets so as to be constantly updated. Linking to an mp3 will work, but it will always start from the beginning each time you enter the parcel.
