Hi,
A couple of days ago I have uploaded some dollars to my account. However when I check my account I CAN see the dollars showing up in my dollar account, but they are NOT processed into linden dollars.
When I try to process a part of the money, I get an error message saying that I have gone over my MONTHLY limit, however I have not purchased or processed anything so cannot enjoy all the goods in this great game.
Is this normal and should I wait ( a month ! ), or is this a bug. I have sent an email about this 2 days ago. Unfortunatly I have not received any reply other than the automated email promising they will get back to me very soon.
I have logged in and out all with no effect.
Can someone please advice what to do, because I would like to purchase land and build a shop.
