I dont know if its virus protection doing this but I can play for about 1 minute then the game crashes. I know my computer works with the game because It not slow or choppy at all and my computer is brand new. Please tell me what I can do to resolve this issue

My first suggestion would be to identify your graphics card:

There are still brand-new retail computers being sold whose graphics cards do not meet our Minimum System Requirements...

You have an Intel graphics chip, right? It's probably integrated into your motherboard?
That pattern of crashing shortly after loading SL is very typical of the Intel Graphics/SL experience. Intel's implementation of OpenGL is very flawed and inconsistent between chipsets, which is why it's not supported by the Lindens. It could be possible to get it working, but I've certainly never heard of anyone doing it.
