Hi there. I have a gesture store was in the same location for months now without any major issues/problems. I recently moved my business to another SIM and the problem began.
Customers are purchasing getures and not receiving them. It is random and I honestly can't make much sense of it.
I get a messege saying "soandso payed you $L35" then afterwards at the bottom of the screen the vendor will tell me who purchased, which gesture they purchased etc. (this is the norm)
Lately I have only been recieving the pay drop down and no messege from the vendor. This has happened SO much that I'm used to it so I immediately TP to the store to find a customer who didn't get their gesture.
I give it to them and have them try again and they get it! While I am there.
So basically when I am IN the store they get the gesture and when I leave they dont.
I've reset the scripts. Picked the vendors up and put them back out etc.
Also, I had one person tell me (that was there with a friend) that she was getting offlines from my vendors and she had not even purchased one.
Through all of this I have tried to be patient and get help but with no luck.
The creator of the vendor did however give me very good suggestions none which have worked though.
When I am offline I never have an issue.
Also, when I eventually relog/log back in the next day I will receive the messeges from the vendor. Kindof like I was never online when they were purchased.
I hope someone here can help or give me some suggestions.
