Why is it, that on a certain part of my land I get a lot of lag and have to restart every time? Its always on the front of my land. My backyard is speedy and nice. I kid you not. Any suggestions as to what I can do?

Dearly Darling,
It your property is close to the edge of the sim it tends to be a little wonky. In Green, I have a bit of property that "poofs" and I fall 40 meters into my cave. I've covered it with a few prims so I don't fall down. We old avatars don't like falling in any universe.
