I loged in to silva for the pile in... got sent an upgrade... instaled it.. started it and it crashed immediatly.
I have reinstaled from the home page download.. and continued to crash.
My regular grid program is working fine, and I have the latest ATI vidio drivers... HELP.

Moved to Technical Issues.
What are your computer specs? Did you also uninstall before reinstalling? Please be sure your crash logs are being sent to us (Preferences > General tab > Crash reports: Always Send), and contact Support for further help. If anyone else has any suggestions, please feel free. _____________________

Did you also uninstall before reinstalling? . I orogonaly updated by accepting an update option at log in.. re instaling did not solve the crash outs... I took your tip, uninstalled and then reinstaled, and I can now get in... so the problem is solved. Thanks for your advice Regards Dulus. |
