yep yet again my Inventory is gone. this is the second time. I did however get all my Inventory back from the time before 3 months later. but with that one I still have a few clothing. Now I have nothing at all in my clothing folder...no shoes..no jewely. I do have hair..yeah I have hair. even my calling cards are gone. can someone get back with me soon. I lost all Inventory on 10-17-07...not sure what time but I logged on around 9am.
Please help...that was alot of lindens that is gone...the second time.

Kymberly, there is no customer support given in the forums. Please see http://secondlife.com/community/support.php for your support options (which differ depending on how much you pay LL).

I've had 15,000 inventory items go missing this year. The general reports from other players are "you'll be lucky if you get anything back" but there are also players who report that support really did help them. Linden Lab has a strict policy of not being responsible for your stuff; if they can't get it back for you, it is simply lost.

You might want to clear the SL cache (Preference->Network, Clear Cache) which has fixed some loss for some players.

hmm same here i lost everything at 10-17-2007
its really annoying and logged back over 10 times, the stuff were still missing :/

Stunned! Am hoping one day someone will post a relevant bit from the log to the JIRA when the items go missing. But ... hate to say it .. and am seriously crossing fingers, touching wood and generally sticking my neck out ... but ... so far I've managed to loose ... 1 pair of trousers. And that's it.
I knew that was a problem day because I had a run of "unable to complete request" or whatever it is you get in the blue pop-ups. So I logged out and left it alone for a while. Came back to find my trousers missing from inventory.
